In order to qualify for an elite bib, you must have an ITRA score above 700 if you are a man or above 575 if you are a woman. A check will be made later by our teams.

Once your registration for the race is complete, our partner Dokeop will send you an email inviting you to deposit your supporting document (medical certificate or licence) on their platform for verification.
Use the Dokeop medical certificate template generator to ensure the validation of your supporting document.

You will receive an email from Dokeop within a few months when the 2023-2024 regulations of the French Athletics Federation (FFA) will be communicated.

By subscribing to the option of sending the bib by post (available to the first 2,000 registrants who have subscribed to the option), you agree to provide valid medical proof before February 7, 2024 11:59 p.m.

If your file is still not complete by this date, your bib will not be sent to you and will have to be collected at the Sport Planète village on March 14 or 15, 2024. No refund of the option will be possible.

Your bib must be collected from the Sport Planète village, at the Emile Anthoine Sports Center Gymnasium (Paris 15), on Thursday March 14 or Friday March 15, 2024.

No bib collection will be possible on site on Saturday 16 March.

The purpose of the cancellation guarantee is to allow the reimbursement of the costs incurred (deduction of the amount of the cancellation guarantee and the options used) for registration for EcoTrail Paris.

This guarantee covers different scenarios related to the participant (more details in the rules of the event) as well as any cancellation due to force majeure. Will be considered as characterizing a case of force majeure, any defect (refusal, withdrawal) of administrative authorization necessary for the organization of the event, any fire, flood, earthquake, storm, and more generally any natural disaster, epidemic (eg: Covid-19), attack, war or any other event usually considered as a case of force majeure by case law.

If you wish to be reimbursed for the expenses incurred in one of the cases above, you must have this guarantee.

No refund, for any reason whatsoever, can be considered without subscription to this cancellation guarantee.
